You can expect a friendly, nonjudgmental, welcoming environment where we will assess, listen, make suggestions, and guide you in the best way that suits your situation.
Counselling has helped me break free from cycles I could not have navigated on my own. It has helped transform me into a whole new person!
One of the tools that I've learned from the Freedom Workshops was truth statements. Because of these and other tools learned at the workshops, I am now coping much better with my anxieties.
Catia’s podcast, Against The Current, has been a great source of encouragement for me over the last year. Catia has wisdom to offer in each episode. Her podcasts help improve my overall outlook. The way she incorporates God’s word, and her knowledge of His word leaves me feeling more hopeful.
Counselling with Catia this past year has helped me tremendously grow in my walk with the Lord, discover my identity in Christ, and learn the skills and tools to walk in true Freedom!
